High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a powerful analytical and preparative tool used extensively in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. This course provides an excellent understanding of the concepts underlying various different forms of chromatographic analyses of proteins and also hands-on experience of performing these separations on state-of-the-art Waters Ultra Performace Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) systems.
