How to model uncertainty in a wicked world

Introduction
With leading academics from City University, the seminar will explore the use of Non-quantitative Modelling techniques to address messy or wicked problems faced by senior managers and executives of public and commercial organizations. Such problem-structuring techniques attempt to alleviate or improve situations characterised by uncertainty, stakeholder conflict and complexity.
