Introduction
Scope
This course is designed to provide guidance on how to prepare for external inspections by customers and regulators, manage an external inspection and respond to inspection observations including addressing any deficiencies raised.
The course is suitable for people who are responsible for preparing external inspections and those requiring knowledge and understanding of the inspection process. It is also suitable for anyone who is responsible for responding to inspection findings/deficiencies.
This 1 day training course takes place in our purpose built training facilities based on the University of Reading campus in Berkshire.
