Join the Å·ÃÀAV and Catherine Smith for a resource development talk and workshop

This event is targeted at teachers of 11–18 science and/or chemistry.

You can expect to:

• Hear hints and tips from experienced author and teacher Catherine Smith.
• Share ideas and your favourite classroom resources.
• Collaborate to plan new activities and resources on your chosen topics.
• Access free Å·ÃÀAV resources selected and organised by your chosen topics for inspiration.
• Enjoy networking time with light refreshments 

You will leave with:

• New lesson ideas, resources and plans for developing your own resources.
• Greater confidence in developing chemistry resources and delivering inspirational lessons.
• Stronger relationships with chemistry teachers at other institutions.
• Access to a library of teaching resources that other attendees have shared.
• An agreed date for a short, free, online meeting with attendees to reflect on the workshop and any developments since for approximately six weeks later.

If you’d like to share your adaptations of Å·ÃÀAV resources with a wider audience, our editorial team can help check and polish them. The Å·ÃÀAV will look to publish a selection, which would acknowledge authorship and could serve as evidence in professional development reviews.
