Introduction

The objective of the summer school is to provide participants with an overview on the most up-to-date topics in RNA research. The lectures from leading experts in the field will cover both, the molecular mechanisms of protein-RNA interactions and role of ncRNAs and RNA-binding proteins in cellular and organismal physiology. The lectures will cover the current advances in RNA and protein structure analyses, basics of RNA-sequencing and RNA bioinformatics, identification of  ncRNAs, and methods for studying their functions and mechanisms
