Chemistry, Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine

11 September 2017 09:30-17:20, London, United Kingdom

This event is by invitation only

Introduction
The main theme concerns the potential use of stem cells in tissue repair and regenerative medicine. Therapeutic applications span a wide range of disorders such as diabetes, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal diseases and neurodegenerative disorders. The many challenges require a multidiciplinary approach therefore this conference will appeal to medicinal chemists, materials chemists, analytical chemists, cell biologists, pharmacologists and clinicians. Registration is through the web-page. Eight speakers are in place but post-graduates, early post-docs and early career researchers can submit a poster to the organising committee. Å·ÃÀAV members can apply for a travel grant through the Å·ÃÀAV web-site under Funding..
