This course is aimed at new users of thermal techniques in Industry and Academia. It is intended to give a basic understanding of the techniques and how they can be used in a wide range of different disciplines. Topics will cover: overview of thermal analysis techniques, calibration, sample presentation and applications. Seminars will be presented by national experts such as Prof. Mike Reading and Dr Paul Royall.
