Whisky production and analysis

Introduction
A brilliant opportunity to find out how whisky is produced at Pulteney distillery, followed by analysing some whisky using UV-VIS and IR spectroscopy at Wick High School.

There are 2 sessions available, starting at 10am and 12pm. Please state which session you prefer when booking.

Each session has a max of 20 people.
