ALS Food and Pharmaceutical Chatteris is the UK Hub lab for Nutritional Analysis, and the European Hub Lab for Contaminant analysis in foods.
The event hosted at Chatteris in North East Cambridgeshire, will include a Safety Presentation, an introduction to ALS, laboratory tours, and a demonstration of analysis performed on food and drink to determine their additive and sweetener content using HPLC.
