About this collection Submissions are encouraged to highlight innovative scientific research that harnesses the principles of green chemistry and draws inspiration from natural systems to address the most pressing challenges in the food sector. By focusing on bio-based materials, biomimicry, waste valorisation, and benign-by-design principles, this collection will provide a roadmap for the future of food technology, both technologically advanced and environmentally responsible. This collection will provide a dedicated space for work that bridges the gap between technological innovation and the imperatives of safety, regulatory science, and consumer trust. Authors are welcome to submit original research articles, communication articles, or review articles to the collection. The manuscript should be prepared according to our article guidelines and submitted via our online system. |
