Introduction

This practical course provides trainees with specialised knowledge in the theory, practice and interpretation of basic protein analysis techniques, as well as practical experience with the instrumentation that is routinely used. Techniques include protein estimation assays, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and chromatographic analysis by size exclusion, using Waters Acquity H-Class Bio UPLC systems.
