The Young Chemists' Organic Synthesis Workshop is an annual meeting held at Gregynog Hall, in September concerning exciting synthetic progress. The meeting runs from Thursday evening to Saturday lunchtime for about 60 participants, typically 45 academics and 15 industrialists
