The Management Interest Group delivered a project funded by the Socioeconomic Fund to help early career chemists from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to develop a resilient mindset to help them believe that they can achieve a successful career in the chemical sciences.
The workshop was facilitated by Mr Winston Brown, a continuous improvement consultant and executive coach.
