This BBSRC-funded conference will bring together researchers in chromatin biology and epigenetics from the UK and Japan. The focus is on understanding the biology and molecular mechanisms in and around chromatin, and how they regulate transcription, DNA repair and genome maintenance. The conference will cover a wide range of aspects and technologies, ranging from atomic structures to the biology of genomes.
