The 15th International Conference on Biogeochemistry of Trace Elements - ICOBTE 2019

5 - 9 May 2019, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China

Introduction
The 15th ICOBTE will focus on the behavior, fate, impacts and management of metal and metalloid trace elements, including their radioactive isotopes in the environment. The conferences will take place from 5th-9th May 2019 in Nanjing, China.

China is facing great challenges in protecting its environment from contamination caused by rapid industrial and urbanization over the last three decades. Therefore, the general theme of this conference will be “Biogeochemistry of TEs for improved environmental sustainability and human health”. The conference will take place during May 5th-9th, 2019 at the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre (IYCC). We have assembled a strong group of Chinese scientists working on trace elements to serve in the local organization committee and the national committee for ICOBTE 2019.

Thirteen Special Symposia will be taking place, and details of which can be viewed here http://icobte2019.csp.escience.cn/dct/page/65580
