MICRA meetings are held every two years and are an excellent opportunity for younger 'inorganic' chemists to meet one another and to present their work, providing a very informal forum for discussion, debate and socialising. The meeting is open to both (relatively) recently appointed academics and also to senior PDRAs and research fellows who may be interested in an academic career.
